I’ve worked as a private investigator since 2008, and StillWatch Investigations has served clients since 2012. During that time, we’ve never asked a client to leave us a review. Here’s why.

Many of our clients can’t write one. As a Nashville private investigator firm, our work is confidential — and many clients can’t risk anyone knowing they hired a PI at all. Legal matters often drag on for years through continuances and appeals, so something written publicly today could come back to hurt a client in court later.

A large part of our work also comes through attorneys, who are bound by attorney-client privilege. They don’t have time to review every investigator they use, and even if they did, doing so could expose confidential case information.

We also maintain a large team of female investigators, which allows us to blend in and maintain anonymity in complicated or sensitive cases where a long term surveillance is needed.

So if you’re researching a Nashville private investigator and notice an experienced agency with fewer reviews, that’s not a red flag — it’s often a sign they take confidentiality seriously. Our reviews are unsolicited and they’re 100% organic, left by people who chose to speak up on their own.
