CMA Fest Process Service

We had several cases at the CMA Fest this weekend. One of our cases was serving a temporary restraining order against a man who continuously sends threatening text messages to his former girlfriend. We search for him downtown for three nights but we finally found him at 12:30 AM over at Jason Aldean’s Bar. The Nashville Private Investigator went above and beyond for this particular process service. We knew that the subject like to frequent one of three different establishments downtown. The private investigator started at 5 PM going to each establishment. Nashville private investigators have to know the rhythm of the streets. The client told us to call it off at 9:30 PM, as she had done the previous two nights. But the StillWatch private investigator decided to stick with it. We only had 48 hours left to get this court paper into this man's hand. Otherwise, the restraining order would have to be reissued by the court. We know that many Nashville people do not come downtown Nashville until after 11:30PM. The private investigator’s instincts were right! This morning the client was happy to pay for the additional hours. Now the client feels better knowing her stalker will have to answer to a judge about his actions.
